STEP2 Fasting10 days |
1. Drink Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (‘brown rice syrup’) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2. Drink a warm Nishi Tea. |
1. Drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water). 2. Drink Doenjang Tea 3 times a day regularly (1 bag at a time). 3. Do NOT eat solid foods. 4. Have 9g of Hyeonmi Jocheong at a time. |
STEP3 Step 3Recovery meals 10 days |
1. Breakfast: Drink Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong; then drink Nishi Tea. 2. Lunch, dinner: Have a raw meal and grain syrup. 3. Drink Nishi Tea regularly. |
1. A recovery meal is very important. (Critical) A recovery meal makes your body recuperated and robust. 2. Drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water). 3. Have a half bag of a raw meal until Day 5 and 1 bag in warm water with an addition of 9g of Hyeonmi Jocheong until Day 10. |
STEP4 Dietary approaches30 days (1 month) |
1. Drink warm Nishi Tea. 2. Eat 1 bag of a raw meal for lunch. It is okay to have a small amount of side dishes as well. 3. Eat a natural meal such as grain and vegetable for dinner. |
1. Eat a grain/vegetable-centered meal. 2. Eat natural food with no addition of flavoring ingredients. 3. Reduce food intake to about 80% of normal intake. 4. Regulate eating, sleeping, bowel movement, and exercise rhythms. 5. Avoid all kinds of meat, flour-based food, milk, fried food, and oil. 6. Do not eat fruits. |

STEP3 Dinner |
Ample amount of natural food centered on vegetables such as grilled mushrooms, tofu, braised beans, burdock and others can be eaten but refrain from eating spicy food, salty food, dairy products, cheese, yoghurt, milk and others, as well as oily foods, flour and meat. Eating natural food centered on raw vegetables should become a habit. |
STEP4 Other |
30 days after the recovery program has been completed, continue with fasting and the recovery program for 2nights&3days every month for 6 months. |
