Step Fasting Process Instructions

STEP1

Preparation for fasting
1 day
1. Take Nishi Enzyme and clean your stomach. 1. Set a fasting goal and plan.
(Ex: ‘5kg weight loss,’ etc.)
2. Check and record body weight and conditions.
3. Read ‘Oh Hye-sook Life Fasting’ in advance. (* Required)
4. Envision your healthy and beautiful body in the future.

STEP2

Fasting
10 days
1. Drink Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (‘brown rice syrup’) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2. Drink a warm Nishi Tea.
1. Drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).
2. Drink Doenjang Tea 3 times a day regularly (1 bag at a time).
3. Do NOT eat solid foods.
4. Have 9g of Hyeonmi Jocheong at a time.

Step 3
Recovery meals
10 days
1. Breakfast: Drink Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong; then drink Nishi Tea.
2. Lunch, dinner: Have a raw meal and grain syrup.
3. Drink Nishi Tea regularly.
1. A recovery meal is very important.
(Critical) A recovery meal makes your body recuperated and robust.
2. Drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).
3. Have a half bag of a raw meal until Day 5 and 1 bag in warm water with an addition of 9g of Hyeonmi Jocheong until Day 10.

STEP4

Dietary approaches
30 days

1. Drink warm Nishi Tea.
2. Eat 1 bag of a raw meal for lunch. It is okay to have a small amount of side dishes as well.
3. Eat a natural meal such as grain and vegetable for dinner.
1. Eat a grain/vegetable-centered meal.
2. Eat natural food with no addition of flavoring ingredients.
3. Reduce food intake to about 80% of normal intake.
4. Regulate eating, sleeping, bowel movement, and exercise rhythms.
5. Avoid all kinds of meat, flour-based food, milk, fried food, and oil.
6. Do not eat fruits.

Clean your empty stomach with Nishi Enzyme in the morning and drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water; to flush out toxins from your body effectively during the fast).

Drink 1 bag of Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).

Drink 1 bag of Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) in the morning, and drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).
Dissolve a half bag of Saengchaesik (‘raw vegetable diet’) 129 in Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) and have the mixture over Doenjang Tea for lunch and dinner.

Day 2
Have Nishi Enzyme and Nishi Tea in the morning, and drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water). Enjoy Nishi Tea often until your stomach is flushed out.
Dissolve a half bag of Saengchaesik 129 in Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) and have the mixture over Doenjang Tea for lunch and dinner.

Days 3-5
Drink 1 bag of Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) in the morning, and drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).
Dissolve a half bag of Saengchaesik 129 in Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time), and have the mixture over Doenjang Tea for lunch and dinner.

Drink 1 bag of Doenjang Tea and have Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time) in the morning, and drink Nishi Tea 3 times a day (70ml/bag in 700ml of warm water).
Dissolve 1 bag of Saengchaesik 129 in Hyeonmi Jocheong (9g at a time), and have the mixture over Doenjang Tea for lunch and dinner.

STEP1

Morning
Drink warm <Nishi Tea> in the morning.

STEP2

Lunch
As a rule take 1 sachet of <Raw Vegetable 129> to replace a meal but if just raw vegetable is not sufficient, stick with simple natural food.

STEP3

Dinner
Ample amount of natural food centered on vegetables such as grilled mushrooms, tofu, braised beans, burdock and others can be eaten but refrain from eating spicy food, salty food, dairy products, cheese, yoghurt, milk and others, as well as oily foods, flour and meat. Eating natural food centered on raw vegetables should become a habit.

STEP4

Other
30 days after the recovery program has been completed, continue with fasting and the recovery program for 2nights&3days every month for 6 months.
